Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with the finished product and enjoy wearing your choice of The Perfect White Shirt™.
If, for any reason. you receive a garment that does not meet with your full satisfaction, please return it, unused and in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition, within 14 days and we will be pleased to offer you an Exchange or Refund – please see notes below. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to your Guarantee enclosed with your purchase for return instructions.
- If exchanging goods and the new item costs less than the one returned we will refund you the difference. However if the new item costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be needed.
- We cannot be responsible for return postage other than for faulty items nor can we be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. So always obtain a certificate of posting as proof. Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
- Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
- We are unable to Refund Sale or Discounted items but, if the style or size of your purchase does not suit, we will be pleased to Exchange for an alternative style/size or provide a Credit Note to the value of your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We cannot Refund used or customer-damaged goods.
- Refunds will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
